IndieTribe Magazine

IndieTribe is a magazine focusing on “indie” music, meaning music produced by artists independently. The concept was creating a playful, bold style that would resonate with young music lovers, who tend to listen to indie music more than older generations. The magazine also gives a spotlight to lesser known artists. The colors of each spread were taken from the photographs used in the spread, to give a unique and fresh look every time the page is turned. A starburst shape was used for quotes to draw the reader in and add some dynamism and excitement to the design.
