Austin City Limits is an annual music festival in Austin, Texas. The concept around the campaign created was initially “Weird for the Weekend”, based off of Austin’s slogan “Keep Austin Weird.” It was expanded to include three other “W” words that described Austin and the festival. The target audience is music lovers and people who are looking to attend the festival, both locals of Austin and tourists. The design is comprised of bright colors to capture attention and black and white imagery to draw attention to the vivid, flat color of the backgrounds and typography.
